In Paris he met with General DeGaulle, in London with Prime Minister MacMillan, and in Vienna with Khrushchev. He now describes to the nation how friendly were his relations with these leader, and he wastes no time in being congratulatory. On the other hand, he wastes no effort in outlining his difference of opinion with Nikita Khrushchev.
