Bonds submitted before the Supreme Court and concerning amounts deposited as security against judgements; set by Rule 6 in the General Orders book, as follows:

"The case shall be accompanied by a certificate under the seal of the court below,
stating that the appellant has given proper security to the satisfaction of the court
whose judgement is appealed from, or of a Judge thereof, and setting forth the
nature of the security to the amount of five hundred dollars, as required by the
thirty first section of the said Act, and a copy of any bond or other instrument by
which security may have been given shall be annexed to the certificate."

At other periods in the course of the Court's administration, the bonds were included in the case
files.
