Eggleton, Art, 1943- : Politician

Art Eggleton was born in Toronto in 1943. A member of Toronto City Council for many years, he served as mayor from 1980 to 1991. In 1993 he was elected to the House of Commons and was appointed President of the Treasury Board and the Minister Responsible for Infrastructure. He became the Minister for International Trade in 1996.
