Series consists of central registry records created in the office of Dr. Roger Perrault, Chairman of the Canadian Livestock Feed Board. There are some files that deal mainly with the Winnipeg Grain Exchange and allocation of responsibility for feed grain administration in the federal government, and contain records from 1962 to 1966. Files which date from 1967 to 1973, contain, among other documents, minutes of agenda of board meetings and meetings of the board's advisory committee. These files also document the board's relations with the Canadian Federation of Agriculture, the Canadian Grains Council, the Board of Grain Commissioners, and the Canadian Wheat Board. Other files deal with subjects such as labour disputes affecting grain handling.
