This accession consists of Divisional operational records. Most of the records relate to the Codex Alimentarius Commission, an organization established in 1962 by the FAO and WHO. Its purpose is to ensure fair practices in international trade and to protect the health of the consumer. It sets commodity standards and codes for hygienic and technical practices.
