General note:

A portion of the accession consists of central registry records created at the Authority's Cornwall office. A wide range of subjects are covered including acts, insignia (flags), 20th anniversary of the Seaway celebrations (1979), traffic, power development, navigation accidents, water pollution, rights of way, The Seaway International Bridge Company Limited (administration), The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (loans and construction contracts), dredging and North Channel Bridge reports.
The remaining records are 1958-1966 era construction contracts from the Chief Engineer's Office, Montreal Headquarters, and pertain to the Cornwall Island North and South Channel Bridges.
