Photographic material selected by Roloff Beny for publication in his unrealised Greece book. This volume was to have largely concentrated on the architecture and sculpture of ancient classical Greece, with various themes; Theatres, Christian, Hellenistic, Archaic, Modern, Yougo, Classical, Nature and Landscape, Arches and Bridges. this selection represents Roloff Beny's photography from his early trips to Greece in the 1950s, his travels in 1960 to gather images for "A Time of Gods" and his final trips in 1979 and 1981. Many images of classical Greek sculpture are from the British Museum in London.
