Series consists of subject files kept in Stanbury's Senate office. These records document Stanbury's activities in the Senate and to a lesser extent, the Liberal Party. The files cover a range of subjects and include correspondence, memoranda and agendas, some of which are annotated. They also include reference material resulting from Stanbury's participation in Senate Committees and special issues such as the GST Crisis. This series also documents Stanbury's attitudes towards the Senate as an institution through completed surveys and responses to concerned private citizens. Also included is a poster of the "Total Trade of the Dominion of Canada, For Each Fiscal Year 1868-1908".
