Collection search - Reports of the Montreal Headquarters [textual record, technical drawing]

Included are a number of reports on the subject of CNR's dieselization programme and some lists of diesel motive equipment held by the Railways during the late 1950s and early 1960s. Other accounts concern Canadian National Railways trucking services, analysis of train departures/arrivals on the Montreal-Toronto line, traffic handled at the Hamilton, Ontario Yard, urban transit, oral training for telegraphers in railway morse and car equipment analysis.
The remaining records include for example, general correspondence and exhibits for The Royal Commission on Transportation (1948, 1949), (Box)Car Cleaning Committee reports (1950s), a study of the Windsor, Ontario-Detroit, Michigan Ferry Service (1960), a press kit for the Toronto Terminal Project Opening Ceremony (1965), photocopy technical drawings of railiners/self-propelled rail equipment and a 1932 plan showing abandoned rights-of-way of The Old Grand Trunk Railway and The Montreal and Province Line Railway.
