Karl Beveridge (Interviewer)Description:Oral history interview by Carole Condé and Karl Beveridge of Bill Rutherford, worker at General Motors of Canada, Oshawa, Ontario, and former president of Local 222, United Automobile Workers. Rutherford discussed the Workers Unity League, a precursor of the U.A.W., and other details of the early trade union movement in the 1930s.
