Sub-sub-series consists of files organized according to northern Eskimo Districts (E2, E4, etc.) and contain general correspondence on individual Inuit that was not segregated onto a separate "20 series" of individual case files. Dealing primarily with the personal problems of Inuit and their movement, the letters were written by the Branch Director, the Administrators of the Arctic and the Mackenzie, and Division Chiefs.
