Canada. Canadian Armed Forces. H.M.C.S. Chatham : The naval base at Prince Rupert was commissioned HMCS Chatham in May 1942. The Naval Officer in Charge (NOIC), Prince Rupert was responsible for naval administration at Prince Rupert. In October 1946, HMCS Chatham was recommissioned as a Reserve Division.
