Canada. Treasury Board Secretariat. Planning Branch. Organization Division : The Organizational Division of the Planning Branch of the Treasury Board Secretariat was established in 1970 with the mandate to review, analyse and make recommendations on organizational relationships and structures at the senior departmental and inter-departmental levels in order to determine whether improvements could be effected in operational efficiency and program effectiveness.
