Sub-series consists of records created and maintained by the Central Board of Health. The records include letterbooks containing copies of letters sent 8 July to 29 August 1854 and copies of letters received 11 July to 4 August 1854 (Vols. 2432-2433; reel T-1437). Also included in this sub-series are minute books from the medical conference on cholera, 17-23 March 1866. Appended is a memorandum on cholera (Vol. 2430). Also included are the minutes of the Central Board of Health, 28 April 1866 to 9 November 1866 (Vol. 2431).
