Sub-series consists of records created and received by Garden Hill Communications Limited (1977-1981) and its successor, the Spicer Communications Group Incorporated. These companies were used by Keith Spicer to handle the financial aspects of his communications activities; the activities included print journalism and broadcasting proposals, as well as a communications training seminar and products.

The sub-series contains business and correspondence files, as well as video and audio presentations about public speaking. Many of the records found in this sub-series relate to the Winging It (later called Thinking on Your Feet) Seminar which Spicer developed, and GHC and later SCG marketed.
