Accession consists of posters and pamphlets promoting the Cattle Options Pilot Program (COPP) / Programme pilote d'options pour les bovins (PPOB). It includes two copies of the English poster "Set Your Sights Higher COPP" with two copies of a pamphlet, "Concerned about fluctuating cattle prices", which was meant to sit in a pocket built into the poster. The accession also includes two copies of the French-language equivalent of the posters, "Visez de nouveaux sommets PPOB" and two pamphlets, "Les fluctuations des prix des bovins vous inquiètent".

The posters and brochures were developed to promote the COPP program. They were distributed to auction marts, Agriculture offices and offices of the Farm Credit Corporation across Canada.

These posters were transferred following the Disposition Record Authority for Posters 96-024.
