Sub-series includes newspaper clippings, photographs and photocopies of photographs, copies of pamphlets and other printed material, personal memoirs, and correspondence with donors and potential donors. Many of the files pertain to a conference entitled "The Royal Canadian Navy in Retrospect", held at RRMC on March 27-29, 1980. The sub-series also includes lectureships committee minutes, library committee minutes, and library logs, as well as various publications produced by the College, including the RRMC Log, Royal Roads Standing Orders, Reports of the Commandant, CADWINS (Cadet Wing Instructions), and College Prospecti and Calendars. The sub-series also includes 10 maps, 12 technical drawings, and ca. 500 photographs.

These records are held at the Pacific Regional Service Centre in Burnaby, B.C.
