Fonds consists of original sketches and editorial cartoons by B. Nipper published in the London Free Press between 1988 and 1993, dealing with provincial and national issues, as well as international events. Canadian personalities include Brian Mulroney, Kim Campbell, David Peterson, Bob Rae, Michael Wilson, and Ben Johnson. International leaders include Margaret Thatcher, Saddam Hussein, the Ayatollah Khomeni, and Nelson Mandela.
