Series consists mainly of correspondence relating to the St. Catharines mill and the Valleyfield mill. Series includes a file of carbon copies of correspondence from Canada to England, 1940 to 1945, a file which provides insight into the critical World War II period when the company revived briefly from its Depression slump. The orderly yearly correspondence files stopped at 1937 and this file then becomes very important. Series also includes a file of photographs. Series consists of vols. 364 to 375.
