Series consists of constitutions, 1935-1971, Volume 1; minutes of the National Executive, 1937-1970, Volume 1; correspondence, 1935-1972, Volumes 1-17; Correspondence with National Executive members, provincial executives, branches, other organizations and agencies and individuals. The series also contains Annual Reports of the National Executive, 1949-1968, Volume 18; Conventions and Conferences, 1937-1972, Volumes 18-22; Publications, 1936-1972, Volumes 23-27; Membership Applications, 1937-1972, Volumes 28-32; Financial Accounts, 1937-1970, Volumes 33-34; Resource Material and Posters, 1923-1971, Volumes 34-38.

In addition, two posters are located in horizontal storage, containers 47 and 48. One is entitled: 'Ukrainian National Youth Federation of Canada, National Executive...'; the other, 'Ukrainian Cavalcade', Edmonton, 1946. Moreover, there are three pages of blueprints for a musical instrument, 1964 and a design for a Ukrainian musical instrument, the Bandura, containers 46 and 49.
