Series consists of files of correspondence with leading figures in the Canadian Zionist movement including Harry Batshaw, Leon Crestohl, Sam Drache, Joe Frank, Lawrence Freiman, Michael Garber, the Gelber family, Samuel Jacobson and Henry S. Rosenberg (volumes 1-5). Files of correspondence with Chaim Weizmann, First President of the State of Israel, Myer Weisgal of the Weizmann Institute of Science and Stephen S. Wise (volume 5).

Series also consists of Z.O.C. presidential correspondence with Jesse Schwartz, Executive, Director of the Zionist Organization of Canada, 1941-1958 (volumes 6-7) and other administrators including A.J. Freidgut, Z.O.C. Agent-General in Israel (volume 8). Minutes of meetings of the Z.O.C. executive and national council, 1944-1947 and Combined Palestine Appeal files, 1943-1946 and speeches delivered by Sam Zacks, 1944-1951 (volume 9).

Series also consists of correspondence with the Canadian government and politicians, the Jewish Agency and the government of Israel, 1944-1970 (volume 10). Correspondence with the Canadian Palestine Committee, 1944-1948 (volume 11), with various Zionist organizations and agencies (volume 12), general presidential correspondence 1943-1949 (volumes 11-15). Correspondence with the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute of Science, 1944-1970 (volumes 16-17) and files dealing with Toronto Jewish communal affairs and activities, 1939-1970 (volumes 17-18).
