MacDonald introduces the steps followed in conducting the experiment, beginning with research, designing and creation of an apparatus, production of liquid helium, leading up to the drafting and finally publication of the experiment findings. Dr. Templeton and Dr. MacDonald collaborate on the experiment, along with a fellow physicist, a technical assistant, and other staff members.
