Series contains correspondence regarding copyright and royalties on the work of Paraskeva Clark, notes and correspondence on grants, promotional material and interviews and miscellaneous correspondence and notes on a variety of aspects of the painter's career. Files include numerous requests for copyright release from major art institutions, the Government of Ontario and other fine art publishers with later requests directed and responded to by Clive and Mary Clark; personal and career information as contained in a Guggenheim application, interviews between Paraskeva Clark and Andrew Bell, Marguerite Hunt and Mary Clark, and additional biographical notes as requested by various bibliographic dictionaries such as "Who's Who in Ontario Art" and institutions in whose collections the artist is represented.

Series includes miscellaneous correspondence from a wide variety of individuals, businesses, and galleries including requests to Clark for information on her own career and those of her colleagues and co-exhibitors, as well as requests for her participation in a variety of artistic activities.
