Series consists of an address book; artist's statements; awards; biographical material; a booklet published by the Art Directors Club of Montreal 1963; copyright documentation; exhibition catalogues and notices; identity cards and expired passports (including ones relating to Marius Barbeau), and other personal documents; genealogical material and family history; letters of reference; miscellaneous manuscripts; notes and manuscripts for Art Price's autobiographical books including A Cross-Section of Work by Art Price (1968) and Happiness Is Where You Find It (1973); printed material on folklore; prints and reproductions; publicity material relating to personal appearances including lectures by Art Price; and other material.

Additional material includes a presentation volume of handwritten verse bound in leather dedicated to Price's wife Dalila by the historian and archivist Gustave Lanctôt, as well as a recipe book and other memorabilia relating to Dalila Price.
