Series consists of correspondence, lectures, memos, minutes of meetings, and programmes. Subjects include information relating to guests and official visitors to Government House, gifts to the Governors General, acquisitions of art, exhibitions at the National Gallery and elsewhere, the Bermuda Society of Arts, the International Council of Museums, the Royal Society of Canada, the Order of Canada, St. Bartholomew's Church and requests for Dr. Hubbard to attend symposia, to prepare papers and to lecture. Subject files include correspondence between Hubbard and Maud Brown, Roland and Norah Michener, Lady Patricia Ramsay, Carleton University, and the National Gallery of Canada, which he maintained in separate files.
