Essential elements of the RCE system are Briefs, Transcripts, Research Papers and Support Documents. Transcripts are in support of original paper Briefs. Support Documents are generally a very thorough bibliographic reference developed in support of the Research Papers. Although the data diskettes are included with this accession, the program files to view the information was not included. There are a total of 1,306 files on 157 diskettes. These files have been transferred to a 2400' magnetic tape using UNIX CPIO format.
