AIRS contains background data (age, sex, marital status, etc.) on injured employees, as well as the location, nature, cause and severity of the accidents and their associated direct and indirect costs. It also contains data on those individuals who have made workers compensation board claims, those who have used the Occupational Health Service, and those whose physicians have sent information to the Service. The database is a delimited file structure. A copy of the donor tape has been placed on a 1200' magnetic tape # P13673.
