The water survey of Canada has been collecting and publishing data since 1908. The LEVELS files contain historical daily, monthly and annual water level data from stations across Canada. Data are in imperial units and are stored by region and by station number order within each region. The files contain approximately 12000 station-years of daily water level data in 3 files for 3 different geographic areas. File G0000573_1 contains data for the Vancouver region, file G0000573_2 contains data for the Calgary and Winnipeg regions and file G0000573_3 contains data for the Guelph, Montreal, Halifax and Regina regions.
