Series consists of correspondence and memoranda of the District No. 22 Immigration Committee describe cases such as the 1977 Rome Project (resettlement of Soviet Jews in Canada). The work of B'nai Brith Canada's Soviet Jewry Committee (later National Soviet Jewry Committee, and Soviet Jewry Committee of the International Affairs Cabinet) is well documented. Other files include the correspondence, memoranda, and reports of the Foreign Affairs Committee of B'nai Brith Canada (later the International Affairs Committee, and the Institute of International and Governmental Affairs). There is also a sampling of papers from outside organizations concerned with Soviet Jewry (e.g. the Student Struggle for Soviet Jewry and The Group of 35's - Women's Campaign for Soviet Jewry).

Photographs are of National Executive members with: (i) Prime Minister Brian Mulroney in 1992, and, (ii) a CBC Radio reporter in 1995.
