Series consists of records including minute books of the Canadian Conference, later the Eastern Canadian Council (a co-ordinating body of participating lodges in eastern Canada) of the District Grand Lodge (D.G.L.) No. 1, with headquarters in New York.

Series also consists of annual convention records of D.G.L. No. 1 including reports of Canadian activities. Records of District No. 22 annual conventions, which start in 1964, include correspondence about planning and organization, convention resolutions, and reports. Selected copies of constitutions for B'nai Brith District No. 22 and the Supreme Lodge (later B'nai Brith International) are filed chronologically in this sub-series.

Also included are Boards of Governors and the District Administrative Board files contain reports and minutes of meetings covering the years 1966 to 1987.
