Series consists of Student Information Blanks recording the name, student number, address, date and place of birth, education, occupation, next of kin, and date of registration at the school, for all the students, including such well-known names in Canadian aviation history as Robert Leckie, Raymond Collishaw, Wilfred Austin Curtis, A.T.N. Cowley, Douglas Joy, and A.B. Shearer. Included is a list of students for each year of operation, which by means of the student number, serves as an index to each year's student records.

Series also contains Daily Flying Records which record the minutes of flying instruction for each student each week; arranged by the week under the names of the instructors, including T.C. Macaulay, Bert Acosta, and Guy Gilpatric. There are also various miscellaneous papers concerning such maintenance questions as gasoline and oil consumption, and mechanical needs.
