Series consists of correspondence, memoranda, project reports, minutes of project meetings and finances concerning projects such as the Canada Mysore Project, the Canada Plus One Project and the Soya Bean Project.

The Canada Mysore Project established training facilities in food preservation and processing at Mysore, India serving South and East Asia, and was funded by member organizations and the Government of Canada. The Canada Plus One Project, supported by the Grocery Industry of Canada, extended training in food technology and processing to Latin America Africa and the Far East. The Soya Bean Project in Sri Lanka established a pilot plant at Ambawela. Many other projects were undertaken such as fishing boat mechanization in Dahomey and Mauritania, dairy development in Barbados, well drilling in the Dominican Republic and in countries in Africa such as Niger.
