Series consists of Royal Commonwealth Society correspondence and memoranda concerning Quest Tours of the Commonwealth Youth Movement, 1956-1966; list of speakers of the National Council of Education, 1923-1933, and biographies of 1938-1940 speakers Margaret Babington and Abdullah Yusif Ali; correspondence 1959-1970, to Anthony M. Hunt, Chairman of the Commonwealth Youth Movement in the United Kingdom concerning Quest Tours, fund raising and personal matters; Correspondence of Major Ney 1936-1943 with the British Broadcasting Corporation concerning Broadcasts of Empire Youth services.

Series also includes a microfilm of the Rt. Hon. Viscount Boyd Papers, consisting of correspondence and memoranda with Major F.J. Ney, concerning the Commonwealth Youth Movement, the Overseas Education League, Quest Tours and the Churchill Fund. An index of the contents is available on the reel.
