The National Farm Forum was organized into several branches. Policy questions and administrative decisions were made by the National Board, which met semi-annually and in the interim by the board's Executive Committee. This committee was composed of representatives of the Canadian Broadcasting Association, the Canadian Federation of Agriculture, the Canadian Association for Adult Education and representatives of the provincial executive.

To the Farm Forum National Office fell the responsibility of carrying out plans and policies formulated by the National Board and Executive Committee. More particularly, it acted as a liaison between provincial organizations and the National Baord, edited and distributed study material to forums and aided in the organization of farm groups into active supporters of Farm Radio Forum.

Series consists of the following subseries: History and general information; Administration; Forum topics and projects; Audience reaction; Publicity and news releases; printed matter; Relations with other groups.
