Correspondence relating to the copying of historical documents, 1836-1865, 31 pages, volume 1; diary of a trip from London to Paris, 1916, 0.015m; volume 2; the Simcoe papers, 1793-1795, 69 pages, volume 3; duplicate table of contents for the Coventry transcripts of the Simcoe papers, transcripts, 0.05m, volume 4; Land Boards records and other papers, 1789-1795, transcripts, 0.08m, volumes 7-9 which includes the minutes and register of Land Board of Nassau and Hesse and the report on Reserved Land by D.W. Smith.

The series also includes extracts from the UPPER CANADA GAZETTE, 1793-1809 and the KINGSTON GAZETTE, 1812-1815, transcripts, 0.14m, volumes 10-12. Other documents relate to the conquest of Canada, 1759-1775, transcripts, 0.025m, volume 5, the Crown lands, especially the papers of Samuel Holland, 1764-1767, transcripts, 0.025m, volume 6 and the United Empire Loyalists transcripts, 0.05m, volume 13. Also included are the memoirs of John Clark, 1783-1862 and of William Hamilton Merritt, 1793-1862 transcripts, 0.025m, volumes 14-15.
