Sub-series consists of Boy Scouts of Canada File Series 207-0-1.

Included are minutes of National Committee on Arctic and Northern Scouting, 1963-1972, volume 18; correspondence, memoranda and reports on general aspects of northern scouting-troop formation, membership statistics, etc.; correspondence relating to the formation and activities of the Northwest Territories Scout Council. Volumes 18-20.

Also includes issues of News Around the North and Northern News; the report "Scouting in Canada North" by L.A. Burkhardt and correspondence regarding the report. A large amount of the material deals with the organization and staging of the 1st Arctic & Northern Jamboree, Yellowknife, 1968, volumes 18-19, the 2nd Arctic & Northern Jamboree, Churchill, 1970, volume 19, and the 1st Northwest Territories Jamboree, Ft. Smith, 1973, volume 20.
