Sub-series consits largely of Scott's career after 1958, although earlier material is also included. It is arranged alphabetically by file title, and within titles chronologically. Again, the original order has been preserved as much as possible. The files contain correspondence, memoranda, reports, manuscripts, notes, clippings and pamphlets relating to Scott's career as university professor, poet and political activist (vols. 42-71).

Also included are material relating to the Protestant School Board and Bill 22; Quebec Charter of Human Rights; Roncarelli Case; Constitutional Conferences; Bill C-60; and miscellaneous other subjects (volumes 72-79).
