Series comprises largely internal correspondence and memoranda relating to Weaver's responsibilities in his various positions at the CBC. Included are files relating to the drama series "The Bush and the Salon" 1971-1976; the literary series "CBC Tuesday Night" 1969-1974, "Anthology" 1972-1985, and "Booktime" 1976-1985; the documentary series "Between Ourselves" 1977-1978; the annual Literary Competition 1979-1989; and to radio arts in general. Correspondence with individual writers on these subjects will be found in the Writers Correspondence series.

An updated version, 1991, of Weaver's history of the CBC literary competition is filed in vol. 18.
