Series composed of various publications. It contains CCA Bulletins, press releases, promotion and publicity files, program information, mailing lists, newsletters and correspondence.

It contains 'Art Directory' materials related to work carried out by Cultural Data Services in compiling a National Artists Inventory in 1972. These records contain contact and program information from artists and arts organizations across Canada.

The series also consists of a sampling of brochures from arts organizations was retained as contextually representative examples of the arts scene and arts programs across Canada in the early 1970s, especially for smaller organizations of which many are now defunct (ca. 2015).

It also includes essays, poems, and transcrips related to a special issue of Communiqué on Canadian Women in the Arts.

Finally, It includes digital material from an external hard drive. It comprises of reports, analysis on various subjects such as civil society, creative economy, cultural diplomacy federal budgets, statistics, cultural policy, strategy on culture, sponsorship survey, etc. It also comprises of Bulletins and logos from 2008 to 2012 for the CCA website, newsletters, reports, writings, messages on various subjects related to culture from 2011 to 2012, texts and messages for the director general and director's blog. Most of these digital records are used for the magazine and blogs on the CCA website. Also included, some press releases of the CCA from 2009 to 2011.
