Found in this series are minutes and reports of the board of governors, of executive meetings, of committees, regional meetings, general meetings and annual meetings.
It also includes material from an external hard drive. It consists of digital layouts, artwork, photographs and texts for the Annual Reports from 2007 to 2012. Digital records also document the Cultural Sector Coordination Committee and the reinstatement of the National Advisory Committee on Policy by the board of the CCA in order to seek advice on policy priorities. Records include the mandate of the committee, the role of the lobby, press releases, data table and meeting reports.
