Series consists of literary, academic and professional correspondence of Miriam Waddington.

Series also includes correspondence with publishers, editors, academics, students, associations and institutions; correspondence to and from Canadian and International writers, as well as artists, composers, critics, etc. Included among the correspondents are: Margaret Avison, Earle Birney, bill bissett, Elizabeth Brewster, Fred Cogswell, Sheila Dalton, Howard Engel, Saul Field, Sherilyn Fritz, Réshard Gool, Irving Howe, Frances Itani, Rota Herzberg Lister, Bill New, Zailig Pollock, David Staines, Sandra Tivy, Bruce Whiteman, Yaddo Institute for Jewish Research, and others.
