Series consists of two scrapbooks prepared by W.H. Grant for the periods 1911-1935 and 1936-1954. They contain clippings, correspondence, memoranda, passes and programs. They document his experiences in the army, the Arctic, as a secretary to political figures and as a public servant in the Department of Trade and Commerce, 7.5 cm; material relating to Henry Herbert Stevens including correspondence, memoranda, clippings concerning a possible biography of H.H. Stevens by John Monro. Also included, memoranda of H.H. Stevens and W.H. Grant concerning their recollections of the events surrounding the break of H.H. Stevens with Prime Minister R.B. Bennett in 1934; and clippings concerning H.H. Stevens, 1968-1974, 2.5 cm.
