Series consists of correspondence and reports sent to British parent companies begins the series. Documentation relating to Canmar Investment Company Limited, the holding company that owns CMC, is available. Documents relating to CMC itself include incorporation, changes of charter, annual reports and histories of the company. There are minutes and correspondence relating to the Board of Directors and also correspondence with shareholders. There are a number of files relating directly to the president and vice-president.

The microfilm reels contain the official minute books for CMC, Canmar Investments, Hunt Capacitors and Telefaximile Ltd, as well as some copies of CMC annual reports.

Custodial history:

The material on microfilm reels C-9199--C-9200 was copied by LAC in 1978 then the original material was returned to the donor.
