The series consists of travel souvenirs and other material collected by Jori Smith, reflecting her various interests. Included are theatre programmes, exhibition catalogues and price lists, clippings, personal documents and memorabilia relating to Smith's career.

Additional material includes a guest book/entertainment record/journal kept by Jori Smith over a period of time at her house in Petite-Rivière, recording the visits made by such friends and acquaintances as Philip and Margaret Surrey, Alfred Pellan, Jean-Paul and Madeleine Lemieux, Thérèse Casgrain, Maurice Blackburn, Pierre Trudeau, Gabrielle Roy, Anne Kahane, and others. Most, but not all, of the entries are in Smith's own hand. There are some diary entries. At the back of the book is a partial record of money earned in 1937-38, with entries recording sales of paintings to Donald Buchanan and Robert Ayre, furniture to John Lyman, and work for Marius Barbeau. Also included is a limited printing of P.L.Travers's 'Johnny Delaney', inscribed by the author, as well as a copy of an interview by Charles Hill of the National Gallery, the catalogue of Smith's 1997 retrospective exhibition, clippings and other material.

Other material includes a 1909 copy of Jori Smith's birth certificate; an exhibition guest book (signed by Joan Roberts, Françoise Sullivan, Don Winkler, Sheila Fischman and Louis Muhlstock, among others) and other printed material and clippings 1955-1999; a record of painting sales 1924-1930 (recording portraits of Jean-Paul Lemieux, Louise Gadbois, and other works); and documentation on Jori Smith's election to the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts 2000.
