Series consists of a photocopy of a seven page, handwritten report prepared by Major Thomas Evans at Government House, Fort George, and dated 15 October 1812; photocopy of a typescript in twelve pages of a report prepared by Major Thomas Evans, dated 15 October 1812, at Government House, Fort George; and photocopy of a report to the War Office concerning the Battle of Queenston Heights written by Evans while at Fort George, 15 October 1812. This latter document was annotated by G.S. Priestly of the City of Liverpool Museums, 21 August 1970.
