Series consists of report on the proposed Temiscouata portage road, 1829; a survey certificate signed by Benjamin Ecuyer for a lot in the Seigniory of St. Gabriel; weekly pay-list for work done on the Metis-Lake Matapedia road, 1830; letter from Wolff to Robert Ferguson and James Crawford regarding bridges on the Metis-Lake Matapedia road, 13 October 1831; notice of a lease of land and sale of hay in Valcartier by public auction, 1833; letter from Wolff to William White, regarding the latter's illegal occupation of a farm owned by Captain Charles Barrington, 13 August 1933.

The series also includes a certificate of proprietors and occupiers on the lot of Alexander Joseph Wolff. John O'Neil, Bernard O'Hara and John [Morie] are the subscribers, 1820, 2 pages.
