The award was presented by the Radio-Television News Directors Association at its annual convention in Calgary, June 9-11, 1988.~3. CFAX-FM is a Victoria, B.C. radio station.~4. Reporter Alan Perry prepared these radio reports after spending 24 hours aboard the HMCS Provider.
