Series consists of files of correspondence, ledgers and account books of Hill and Hill, and shareholders registers for various companies. The correspondence largely concerns estates and the legal affairs of such companies as the E.B. Eddy Company and Queensway Holdings (Ottawa) Ltd. In addition, there is a scrapbook of clippings concerning the Canada Atlantic Railroad 1902, donated by Mrs. O.M. Hill in 1977.

The series also includes an Ontario location certificate dated 29 May 1905 to Thomas White for 164 acres for service during the Fenian Raids. This item is in horizontal storage, container 41.
