World War I: British soldiers play soccer with gas masks on; military band proceeds a regiment; cavalry practice including trying to unseat other riders; uniformed members of the Women's Auxiliary Army Corp (WAAC) and the Women's Naval Service (WRNS) march; Prince of Wales and General Pershing watch U.S. soldiers march. World War II: Canadian troops board a troopship; silhouettes of a few soldiers waving at the camera while on patrol.~Aviation. "New Aircraft Joins Maritime Command", documentary clip on men looking over Neptune patrol planes at Greenwood Nova Scotia, attending class on maritime partrol, loading depth charges into plane and taking off. Plane drops depth charges. A glider perform aerial manouvers. Pilot does flight check on a bi-plane, takes off and does some stunts. Experimental rocket plane takes off.~Street Scenes. New York City street scape with pedestrians, early street cars (circa 1912). Cuts to earlier street cars in an unidentified city. Cuts to London street, horse-drawn double decker advertising Nestle milk. Sign behind bus reads "Canada Britains Granary".~Various Items. Suffragettes demonstrating with placards in England. A parade with crowd in Paris. Arche de Triomphe. Processing plant, automatic machinery. Harvesting with early baler on the Canadian prairie. Sox hop with live band. Closes with two messages to theatre patrons, "Good Night Customers, Thank You", and "A Happy New Year To Everybody".
