Sub-series consists of minutes of the executive council, directors' and annual meetings for the period 1921-1964, as well as an annual meeting package (minutes, financial statements, district and officials' reports) for 1967. Included in the minutes are lists of the executive, discussions of races and riders and the sanctioning of trials for Olympic teams. The sub-series also includes one file containing booklets documenting 1935, 1952 and 1962 revisions to the by-laws and racing rules of the Canadian Wheelmen's Association - the latter through handwritten annotations.
